Your mission

Tasks & Mindset


  • Scale the business: You have a strong growth mindset and proactively drive scaling the business. You are a gifted hunter, an entrepreneurial mind and systematically bring about the customer’s buying decision.

  • Inspire customers: You inspire and excite our customers with your outstanding customer success mindset. All customer interactions feel valuable and positive for your counterpart.

  • Master the sales process: You are diligent and eager to close deals, managing the deal flow end-to-end. The focus is on lead conversion. Your creative ideas to increase the lead inflow come along intrinsically.

  • Identify market requirements: As you manage your sales pipeline, you identify and structure customer needs and make proposals for new requirements which allow optimization of the acquisition process, the product, and operations. Thorough handover of customer projects to the operations team is no question for you.

  • Communication & language: You are a communicator, fluent in English and in German.

  • Live your growth mindset: You strive for the optimum - for the customer, for yourself, and for PULPO. You are highly motivated to advance in an aspiring working environment. A very ambitious sales setting motivates you.

  • Leverage tech: You are tech-savvy and make optimal use of CRM and other state-of-the-art sales tools. 

Your profile

Experience 


  • Successful seller: You have a strong track record in successfully closing deals of various ticket sizes in software or SaaS, at least over the last 3-5 years. You are willing and able to personally execute critical early sales - call, pitch and negotiation. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You run sales like it was your company and pull all necessary strings to successfully gain new customers. You are able to quickly learn and adapt.

  • Empathic listener: Through your empathy and listening skills, you identify and understand the customer’s needs and challenges in detail.

  • Problem solver: You anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest solutions. You are the prospect’s competent partner who creates real added value along the entire process. If the process gets stuck, you keep going and remove hurdles instantly. 

  • Open communicator: You communicate positively and are able to adapt the conversation to different conversation partners.

  • Getting things done: You work proactively, independently and know how to prioritize your tasks. Teamplayer is your middle name.

  • Industry expertise: Experience in the areas of supply chain, warehouse logistics or e-commerce/online retail is a plus
